Project Completion & Account Inactivity Policy
Healing House Solutions is committed to providing timely, accurate, and effective support for every client engagement. To ensure financial information remains current and projects progress efficiently, clients are expected to actively participate by providing requested documentation, responding to communications, and attending scheduled meetings.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients have 60 days from the date of their initial payment or retainer is received to complete the active phase of their project.
We understand that life circumstances, the divorce process, and other unexpected events can create delays. If you anticipate needing additional time, please contact us before your project becomes inactive to discuss whether an extension may be appropriate. Extension requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are granted solely at the discretion of Healing House Solutions. Approval of an extension is not guaranteed.
If a project remains incomplete after 60 days due to extended inactivity and no extension has been approved, the project will be considered inactive and work will be paused.
If a client wishes to resume services after a project has been designated inactive, a one-time Account Reactivation Fee may be required before work resumes. The applicable reactivation fee will be communicated at the time services are reactivated.
This policy helps ensure that recommendations are based on current information and allows Healing House Solutions to provide the highest quality service to every client.
